About the project
Entry is built for professionals who run their own business — from hairdressers and therapists to tutors and dietitians. It syncs directly with the phone's calendar, and every booking can carry a client, duration, rate and notes.
When a session ends, payment is marked with one tap; Entry shows what has been earned, what is outstanding and what was spent, in real time. Reminder messages go out to clients in seconds with ready-made templates.
The need
Independent professionals kept bookings in a calendar, payments in a notebook and client messages in WhatsApp. Information was scattered and missed payments went unnoticed.
What we built
We designed a focused mobile experience that unifies calendar, clients, finance and messaging in one data model and also works offline. Smart reminders and end-of-day summaries make sure no booking or payment slips through.
