This policy is issued by Sorin Tech ("we"), operator of sorin.tech, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Contact us at info@sorin.tech.
2. Data we process
Data you submit through the contact form: name, email, phone number, company, project type, budget range and message.
Technical data generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser and device information and pages viewed, plus data collected by advertising and measurement cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your request, preparing quotes and pre-contract discussions (contract); securing the site and preventing abuse (legitimate interest); measuring advertising performance (consent / cookie preferences).
4. Sharing
Data is shared only as needed with service providers for email delivery (Resend), hosting (Hostinger) and ad measurement (Google). Some providers are located abroad; transfers follow applicable law.
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is closed; records related to signed contracts are kept for the periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, information about recipients, object to processing and seek compensation. Send requests to info@sorin.tech; we respond within 30 days.
7. Our apps
This policy covers the sorin.tech website only. Each app we publish on the App Store and Google Play has its own privacy policy linked from its store listing.
